Minimum Order

• The minimum order requirement is 10 pieces (pair) per model, except some style require more than 10 pieces. One model features the same kind of gemstone, texture, plating colour and size. Minimum purchase is $1000 per transaction.
• We accept an initial trial order of US$500 in order to allow customers to confirm our quality.
• For the quantity exceeds 50 pieces (pair) or our limit per model. Moreover, you can ask for the other kinds of stone, color, size of rings, style and plating as well. We appreciate to confirm the special price, delivery time and other details to you as soon as possible.
• For custom design, the minimum order of 50 pieces (pair) is required.

Discount rates

• Up to $ 2,000 - 5% Discount
• Up to $ 3,000 - 6% Discount
• Up to $ 5,000 - 8% Discount
• Up to $10,000 - 10% Discount

Terms of Payment

• 30% deposit upon placement of order and with the balance payable before shipment.
• The customer is responsible for all bank transaction fees.
• Payment will be made either via wire transfer to our bank account or by paypal.

Shipping Information

• Delivery Lead Time : 10-45 days after receipt of the deposit.
• FedEx or UPS well-known international courier, will deliver the product. The shipment cost shall be computed and notify client before shipment.

Return Policy

• Returns will only be accepted if defective as a result of our production process.
• Clients must notify us within 7 days of receiving their order
• Once the return has been approved by us the client is authorized to ship the original goods back to us.
• Shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.

Disclaimer

• We reserve the right to make changes to our shop, product prices, shipping charges and these disclaimers, terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Moreover, the buyer is responsible for the tariff, import, duty taxes and other fees charged in the buyer country. The buyer must inform us within 7 days after getting the receipt of products to claim for any damages incurred by shipments or product defects and return his/her damaged products to us in the original condition and packaging. For your protection, please do not sign for product until you inspect the products. Otherwise, you cannot claim for any reasons. Since our products are all made one lot by one lot, there might be some slightly differences in terms of dimension, weight, and colour from the on-line catalog. However, to maintain the constant qualification, every product is made with high standard process.
